Chardham Yatra By Two Option – Easy and Shortest Way is By Helicopter Same day or with Overnight Stay
The Chardham, a sacred pilgrimage circuit in the Himalayas, can now be experienced in a unique and breathtaking way – by helicopter. Soar above the majestic peaks, temples, and valleys, and immerse yourself in the spiritual essence of this revered destination.
How to make Chardham in 4 days by Helicopter / Charter from Dehradun Jollygrant or Sashdhara Helipad.
This tour can be completed in 4 nights and 5 days, encompassing all four main Chota 4 Dham destinations – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. One have to arrive Dehradun either by air or road or train. One can be picked anywhere under Derhadun Airport or train station or bus station and transfer to Dehradun Hotel.
As per Helicopter Packages one can get Chardham Yatra first night complimentary stay at Dehradun Hotel starting from 3* to 5* stay. Evening vendors will come to brief for next day trip and give the exact timing for next day and cross check the body weight and after briefing will be provided duffel bag where one can take only 5kg luggage later stay and dinner at hotel/resort.
Day 1 – Morning breakfast one will picked from Hotel/Resort to Helipad and then briefing and first pilgrimage journey started from Sahashdara helipad. Fly 30 minutes from Dehradun to Kharsali, land at Kharshali and then check inn at hotel and palki person will take you from Kharsali to Yamunotri its around 6/7km up and down and take 4hrs with palki. Darshan will be priority and back to Kharsali. Lunch and later time allow to visit Shani dev temple and stay in Kharshali.
Day 2 – Breakfast and walk toward the helipad and our next day fly will be to Harshil valley, fly 35 minutes to Harshil and check inn hotel/resort and lunch and drive 24km to Gangotri with innova cab and Darshan priority and back to Harshil on the way visit Ganganini hot water point. Arrive at hotel/resort. Dinner and stay
Day 3 – Breakfast and drive to Helipad drive will be under 2/5km. Fly to Guptkashi/Fata/Sersi fly 45 minute arrive at helipad, wait and waiting room at helipad body weight and then after waiting few minutes fly to Kedarnath helipad that take 10 minutes and walk towards the Kedarnath temple with Panda and visit temple Darshan VIP and either stay in Kedarnath or back to Helipad and fly to Guptkashi/ Fata / Sersi helipad. Transfer to hotel and stay. (Option for staying in Kedarnath if one like to do Rudra Abhishek pooja). If time allow in late noon then one can visit Trijuki Narayan Temple and back to hotel Dinner and stay.
Day 4 – Breakfast and fly in the morning to Badrinath. Fly 35 minutes arrive at Badrinath Helipad transfer to Badrinath hotel 10 minutes drive. Check inn hotel and after lunch drive to Temple parking point. Walk 800 meter to Temple entrance point and Darshan and back to Hotel later drive to Mana village and enjoy local sightseeing such as mana village, vyas gufa, bhem pul, mata murthi temple, Sarashswati river fall etc.. later back to room and stay dinner.
Day 5 – Breakfast and drive 3km to Helipad and fly to Dehradun helipad that take 45minute fly. Arrive at Helipad and transfer to Airport or Train station or Bus station your trip end up here. One can take further arrangements such as Mussourie trip or Haridwar Rishikesh or Kaichi Dham Nanital Corbett etc..
Points to Be Noted – Chardham by Air
Children above 2years are fully chargeable and senior citizen can do chardham by helicopter very easily. All darshan are priority and one can attend pooja as well Abhishekpooja or Rudra Abhishek pooja at Kedarnath and Badrinath temple. Pilgrimage having injury or hurt surgery or oxygen pressure patient should avoid this helicopter yatra.
